Apply the Copier update and fix the checks it enables. Run type checks with
python -m ty checkand remove trailing whitespace from generated Makefile recipes.Correct Pydantic validation aliases, required platform/path types, and the CMake command return annotation. Narrow selected optional toolchains, dynamically import native fixtures, and add a stub for the Pyodide fixture.

make lint checks coverageon macOS with Python 3.12: 87 tests passed, including native C++, CMake, and vcpkg fixture builds.
