ci: addressing issues with failing nightly jobs

Purpose of this PR

PR that aims to fix failing nightly jobs so

1. Run testproject Tests - [android, 6000.7, il2cpp]
2. Build testproject - [ios-arm64, 6000.7, il2cpp]
3. Failing trunk project test related to addressables

4. PreviewAPV failures are related to https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/Wrench/pull/324
5. Trunk tests are expected to continue failing until we release compatible version of N4E
