Engine changelog

For what is included in this engine release, see the reachability analysis changelog.

Note

Low Risk
Routine pinned-engine and semver bump with no CLI logic changes; reachability behavior may shift only per the external Coana release notes.

Overview
Releases Socket Python CLI 2.10.11 by bumping the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.12.3 to 15.12.6.

The pinned version in DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION (reachability.py), package metadata (pyproject.toml, socketsecurity/__init__.py, uv.lock), and the documented --reach-version default in docs/cli-reference.md are aligned. CHANGELOG adds a 2.10.11 entry pointing to the reachability analysis changelog for engine details. Users who omit --reach-version get 15.12.6 after upgrading this CLI; explicit pins and latest are unchanged.
