Overview
Bumps the bundled Coana reachability/fix engine from
@coana-tech/cli15.12.6 to 15.12.7 viapackage.jsonandpnpm-lock.yaml, and records the upgrade under[Unreleased]inCHANGELOG.md.There are no Socket CLI source changes in this PR; behavior for reachability, manifest generation, and
