It is good to have this file in the repo, happy to do an InnerSource talk on that :)
However, the file is not useful with this content

@jeffabailey wow, how did you spot this one?!

Both this PR as well as #536 were proposing some changes to the maturity model pattern (formatting changes and some others).

However both PRs ran stale (opened back in 2023), so they are unlikely to get merged in their current shape.

So I don't think that you have to worry about the .vscode files that are in this PR here ;)
